startup tips not working

When someone connects to the server, there's no message at the bottom that says "type war3help" or "type war3menu". I've looked all through the config files and I find no place to specify this. Is there an easy fix?

Yeah, umm... that isn't part of War3ft 3.0. If you want it to be in 3.0, do a feature request for it

So the version is 'upgraded' yet a vital part is taken away?? That's not how things are made better. There must be a way.

I don't remember it being in 2.3.2 either. I don't see how it is "vital"

Have u amxx? the use the command

amx_imessage "*** YOUR MESSAGE HERE ***" "000255100"

and enable imessage.amxx in the plugins.ini

Works fine
