Need Help with Chameleon and then some...

I have 2 problems, one is simple, the other is not so much.

1. How do I reset server XP if I'm using the vault system. I can't seem to find a file that would be the correct one.

2. I enabled chameleon on my server, and set the classes skills. Problem is whenever I level chameleon and try to choose skills, it doesn't show the usual skill choose screen. If I type in /selectskills to force the screen to show, up in the area where amx_csay messages would appear it says "/L selectskills".

What the hell is going on with that class?

Also all my AMX mod and Meta Mod and WC3 are all latest versions. I also am running csdm, but the chameleon problem was there before csdm was installed.
