Well I just wantetd to ask if I can make a race ONLY for admins

It is possible to do, but it would require some additional coding. What race would you like to be admin only and I will think about doing it

well if you can make race named killer and to be whit all skills and ultimtes
something like UWC3

I thought you meant to have one of the races that already exists be admin only. I do not believe that the type of race you are asking for is in the nature of this mod. Sorry, but I will not do it in that case
