Need assistance

hi i own my own server and im running war3 ft on it. i have a few admins but would like to take away specific commands from them for example the xp command. i know that i can remove it by taking out the "m" in their admin but doing that also takes away 3 other commands. i was wondeing if there is anyway i can take away that command away from them without taking away the others.
