Moving XP file

Hey!!
I got a new server from funservers.com, since clanservers.com server is down continously. And I would like to keep old XPs in new server so I wont lose people playing in my server. So what file do I need to move to new server ftp database?

addons/amxmodx/data/vault.ini

That is the file

unless you set it up with SQL, and in that case you will need to get the database but i doubt you did it that way.
